This page explains the terms by which you may access and use our online services and software provided on or in connection with YOOtraffic.com (collectively, "YOOtraffic").

Please read this page carefully, as these terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between YOOtraffic and you. By accessing and using YOOtraffic, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, establishing a legally binding contract.

Your legal agreement with YOOtraffic consists of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

We provide the services referred to on YOOtraffic ("our site") to you. By joining our site and ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We recommend that you print and save a copy of the Terms and Conditions for your records.

Precedence - These Terms and Conditions are the only document that defines your rights regarding payments, refunds, and the results of our services. Pricing pages, FAQs, blog articles, comparison pages, marketing materials, and statements by support staff summarize these Terms and do not replace or extend them. If any such material differs from these Terms, these Terms prevail.

"AS-IS" Disclaimer - Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the services provided by YOOtraffic are offered on an "as-is" basis. YOOtraffic makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the services. YOOtraffic disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Users accept and assume all risks associated with the use of the services, and YOOtraffic shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or adverse consequences arising from or related to the use of the services in their current state.

This "AS-IS" disclaimer applies to all aspects of the services provided by YOOtraffic, including content displayed on the website, user-generated content, and any linked content from external sources. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment and discretion when using the services, understanding that YOOtraffic provides no assurance or guarantee regarding the outcome or performance of the services.

Our services & contract information

1. Registration - Before you can use our Services, you need to register for free on our site. During registration, you will be asked to provide your email, name, and password. Please keep this information safe at all times and do not disclose it to anybody.

2. Minimum age - You may only register if you meet the minimum age requirement for entering into contracts in your home country or jurisdiction.

3. Services - Our services are listed on our site. If you wish to order any of our services or add funds (deposit) to your account balance, you must follow the instructions on our site. By depositing funds, you are making an offer to add funds to your account balance, which you then spend on the services at the prices published on our site.

4. Contract - The contract between us will be formed when you register on our website and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and YOOtraffic.

5. Rules - By using YOOtraffic, you agree to comply with all the rules of the website. You acknowledge that these rules may change over time and that you will abide by their most current version. We want to highlight the following rules:

• You must not buy or sell YOOtraffic accounts.
• You must not create multiple accounts.
• You must not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to hide your identity or location in order to create multiple accounts, evade a suspension, or avoid the checks in section 20.
• You must not add funds to your account balance using fraudulent credit cards or payment accounts.
• You must not add funds to your account from an external party.
• You must not post content that is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity, graphic violence, or gratuitous violence.
• You must not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on YOOtraffic.
• You must not upload viruses or other malicious code.
• You must not use YOOtraffic to engage in anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
• You must not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of YOOtraffic, such as a denial-of-service attack.
• You must not direct traffic or clicks to websites, pages, listings, or accounts that you do not own or are not authorized in writing to promote, including those of competitors.
• You must not use the services to click on advertisements (including paid search results, display ads, and affiliate links), to generate ad impressions or ad revenue, or to drain another party's advertising budget.
• You must not use the services to harm, overload, or disrupt any third-party website or service, or to manipulate polls, votes, ratings, or similar systems.
• You must not facilitate or encourage any violations of these terms.

6. Activities - You agree that you are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your user account, both on YOOtraffic and any third-party services. You are solely responsible for choosing the websites, pages, keywords, volumes, and schedules of your campaigns, and for making sure that you have the right to direct traffic to those websites.

7. Account balance and billing - YOOtraffic works on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Funds you deposit are credited to your account balance in USD. As your campaigns deliver sessions, clicks, or other actions, their cost is deducted from your balance at the prices published on our site at the time of delivery. Your balance remains available while your account is active. If there is no deposit and no campaign activity on your account for 12 consecutive months, we may write off the unused balance, including any bonus credits. Whether any part of the balance can be refunded is governed by section 12. A deposit is a prepayment for services and not a deposit of money held on your behalf; it earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another account.

8. Bonuses and promotional credits - Bonuses, coupon credits, test credits, referral rewards, and other promotional credits ("bonus credits") have no cash value. They can be spent on services but are never refunded or paid out, and they are excluded when any refund is calculated.

9. Delivery and campaign records - Your account will be credited when we confirm your payment. You access it with the email and password you set at registration. The statistics shown in your account dashboard (campaign dates, delivered volumes, and balance deductions) are the record of the services delivered to you. You can review these statistics at any time in your account.

10. Stopping campaigns - You can pause or stop any campaign at any time from your account dashboard. Once a campaign is paused or stopped, no further deductions are made for it. Services already delivered before a campaign is paused or stopped are not refundable.

11. No guarantee of results; search engine risk - YOOtraffic delivers automated sessions and clicks generated by software. It does not guarantee any particular search engine ranking, position, visibility, click-through rate, traffic level, conversion, revenue, or other business result. Search engines and other third-party platforms (such as Google, Bing, Yandex, and analytics or advertising services) independently decide how to treat traffic and behavioral signals, may change their algorithms at any time, and may discount, demote, filter, or penalize websites, pages, or accounts, including for signals they consider artificial. Using automated traffic or clicks may be contrary to the terms of those platforms. You use the services with full knowledge of these risks and accept them. A decline in rankings, visibility, traffic, or revenue, or any action taken by a search engine or other platform, whether during, after, or unrelated to your campaigns, is not a defect of the services and is not grounds for a refund or compensation.

12. Refund Policy - The following rules are the complete refund policy of YOOtraffic.

• Refund period. You may request a refund of the unused part of a payment within 14 days of that payment. These rules apply to every payment, whatever payment method was used.
• Refundable amount. The refundable amount is the lower of the amount you paid in that payment and your remaining balance at the time of the request, excluding any bonus credits. For this calculation, the services you used are treated as paid from your payments first and from bonus credits last, so all bonus credits you have received are deducted from the remaining balance before the refund is calculated. Refunds are calculated in USD, the currency of your account balance. Fees and network costs charged by the payment provider that we cannot recover may be deducted.
• Refund method. Refunds are made only to the source from which the payment was received: the same card, the same payment account, or the same sending address, in the same currency or asset as the payment, converted from USD at the rate applicable on the day of the refund. We do not make refunds to third parties, to a different card, account, or address, or by a different payment method. If the payment was sent from an exchange or another custodial service whose sending address cannot receive returns, we may, after verifying that you own that account, make the refund to a deposit address of your own account at the same service. If the original source cannot accept the refund, the unused balance remains available for services.
• Checks before a refund. Before making a refund we may carry out the checks described in section 20, including screening the source of the payment against sanctions lists and known fraud, theft, and money laundering risks, and the time needed for these checks is added to the processing time. We will not make a refund to a source that is subject to sanctions or that we reasonably believe is linked to fraud, theft, or money laundering; in that case we may hold the funds and act as required by law.
• Requests after 14 days. After 14 days from a payment, its unused balance remains available for services but is no longer refundable.
• How to request a refund. Send your request to support@yootraffic.com from the email address registered on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process after approval. All campaigns on the account are stopped once a refund is issued.
• Abuse. We may refuse a refund where the account breaches these Terms, where a chargeback or payment dispute has been opened, where refunds are being requested repeatedly to obtain services free of charge, or where a payment appears to have been made mainly in order to request its refund rather than to use the services.

Nothing in this policy limits any right to withdraw from the contract or to a refund that you have under mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you acknowledge that you ask us to start providing the services immediately after you fund your balance and launch a campaign, and that a right of withdrawal, where it applies, is lost for services already delivered.

13. Limitation of liability - To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOOtraffic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of rankings, visibility, traffic, profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use of the services or the inability to use them. The total liability of YOOtraffic for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to YOOtraffic, excluding bonus credits, in the three (3) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification - You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOOtraffic from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties or authorities that arise from your campaigns, the websites you direct traffic to, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights or terms of service.

15. Hyperlinks - This service may contain hyperlinks to other websites that are not owned or controlled by YOOtraffic. We do not have any control over these websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, advertising, security, or any other activities. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you access through our service.

16. Respect - While using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable. By using our services, you hereby waive any and all rights and remedies that you may be entitled to in respect of such content over YOOtraffic.

17. Responsibility - YOOtraffic assumes no responsibility for any content displayed on this website or any content posted by users that directly violates these Terms and Conditions or the law. This includes linked content from other sites and content displayed on YOOtraffic as a thumbnail or in a similar manner. YOOtraffic is not responsible for any actions taken by search engines or other online platforms, including ranking changes, penalties, and account closures on Google, Bing, Yandex, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, VKontakte, Instagram, Pinterest, AdSense, or any other websites. You are reminded that the use of YOOtraffic could be contrary to their terms and conditions. We cannot provide any protection against the actions of the operators of these platforms.

18. Suspension and termination - You may stop using the services and ask us to close your account at any time; any remaining balance is then handled under the Refund Policy in section 12. We may suspend campaigns or suspend or close your account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your use of the services is unlawful or harms third parties, or if we are required to do so by law, a payment processor, or an authority. If an account is closed for a breach, we may retain from its balance the amount needed to cover our losses, costs, and chargeback or dispute fees caused by the breach, and bonus credits are cancelled; any remaining paid balance is handled under section 12. If we close your account or discontinue the services for reasons other than your breach, we will refund your remaining paid balance, excluding bonus credits, only to the source from which the payment was received, as set out under Refund method in section 12.

19. Chargebacks and payment disputes - If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us first at support@yootraffic.com so we can resolve it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a payment covered by these Terms, without first contacting us, is a breach of these Terms. While a chargeback or dispute is open, we may suspend the account and its campaigns. We may provide the payment processor with the information needed to answer the dispute, including your acceptance of these Terms, your checkout confirmations, and the statistics of the services delivered, and we may recover from you any amounts and fees lost as a result of an unfounded dispute.

20. Sanctions and verification - You may not use the services if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are listed on any sanctions list of the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom, or the United States. To prevent fraud, money laundering, and sanctions violations, we may ask you to verify your identity or the source of funds, and we may refuse, hold, or return a payment until verification is completed or where the law requires it.

21. Force majeure - YOOtraffic is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of hosting, network, or payment providers, actions or policy changes of search engines and other platforms, cyberattacks, acts of government, war, and natural disasters.

22. Changes to these Terms - We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its date of last revision. If we make a material change, we will notify registered users by email or by a notice in the dashboard before the change takes effect. Each payment is governed by the version of these Terms in force at the time the payment is made. By making a payment or continuing to use the services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

23. General - If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and YOOtraffic regarding the services and supersede any prior statements or understandings. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer your account or your rights under these Terms; we may assign our rights and obligations to a successor operating the services, with notice to you.

The terms, as well as your relation to YOOtraffic in accordance with the said terms, will be bound by Polish law. You and YOOtraffic agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts in order to resolve any legal issue concerning the terms. If you are a consumer, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules and courts of your country of residence. Without prejudice to the above, You agree to YOOtraffic's right to request the adoption of precautionary measures (or any other equivalent urgent measures) under any jurisdiction.

Please note that if you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be able to use our site or services.
